"East of South Whitley on State Road 205 then south on Co Rd 500W about 1/4 mile to the river bridge. On the north side of the river bank going west, it is at the top of the bank about 1/4 mile from the bridge. It is enclosed by a old fence.  The Hopkins log cabin was located just a little north of this spot years ago. Hopkins descendants still own the farm."
