     Judson John Ihrig, 74, a lifelong resident of Whitley County, died suddenly at 1 o’clock Monday afternoon following a heart attack. He had suffered with a heart ailment for the past ten years. His death occurred at the home of his brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Chavey, in Laud, where he had resided. He was born in this county on September 2, 1870 to Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Ihrig. He was never married. Surviving brothers and sisters besides Mrs. Chavey are Mrs. Eston Kaufman of Jefferson township, Misses Ethel and Myrtle Ihrig of Laud, and William Ihrig of Allen County. Mr. Ihrig was a member of the Laud Christian church and the IOOF at Laud. The body was taken to the Luckenbill Funeral Home, where friends will be received after 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock and burial will be made in Evergreen cemetery.

     Mrs. Norman Inks, of Troy township, died Friday morning. Her death was a great shock to her husband and motherless children and to her relatives and many friends… Addie C. Anderson was born in Ohio, February 28, 1877, and would have been 34 years of age had she lived until next Tuesday. She was united in marriage thirteen years ago to Norman Inks in Noble county, and the resided in Troy township and this city, since that time.
     Besides her husband she leaves two children, Roy, aged 12, and Mildred, aged 5 years. Her aged father, Caleb Anderson of Troy township survives. Her mother died when she was nine years old. Four brothers and two sisters survive also. Asa and Emmet Anderson of Troy township, Clyde Anderson of this city, and Hollis Anderson of Marion, Mrs. Nettie Martin of Troy township, and Mrs. Clara Haines of Pierceton.

     Ora Nell Yontz was born in Columbia City, Ind., Sept. 10, 1871. With her parents she took up her residence in the city of Indianapolis, where she was united in marriage to Mr. Oliver W. Isensee, Oct. 18, 1893. She died June 20, 1897 at the age of 25 years 9 months and 10 days.
